| The
Total Performance Florida Stores Carry Much More Than What
Is Shown In Our Catalogs?
|
| For over the
last year, Florida Street Rodders have been enjoying the convenience
of having not only one, but two Total Performance retail locations
in there area. What many may not know is the convenience of
these stores has also allowed us to offer products that we
have not been able to in the past. Below is just a very small
example of some of the items available at our Total Performance
Florida store locations. For more information, call our Bunnell
store at 386-437-9996 or our Ormond Beach store at 386-671-6415.
A web site is also in the works specifically for these stores
as well. |

August
Cruisin' Destination Daytona was Big, REALLY Big
!!
|

Camaros were the theme car for the August
Cruisin' Destination Daytona and they were given a special
parking area as well as awards for Best Hardtop, Best Convertible,
and the Merchants Pick.
|
Nearly
500 hot rods, customs, and specialty cars filled Bruce Rossmeyer's
Destination Daytona for what was the largest Cruisin' Destination
Daytona (CDD) ever. Every available parking spot was filled
with cars from Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia,
and, of course, all parts of Florida.
The theme for the August edition of CDD was Camaros, and
the Camaro owners were on hand to show off their beautiful
creations. Awards sponsored by Diamond Back Classic Radial
tires were given to the "Best Hardtop" and the
"Best Convertible", while the Destination Daytona
Merchants sponsored and selected the "Merchant's Pick"
award.
A vast array of door prizes were given out every half
hour, including: four $100.00 gift certificates from YearOne,
the leading muscle car parts supplier in the country, a
number of $25.00 gift certificates from Total Performance,
Inc, a co-sponsor of CDD, along with gift certificates from
Doc's Rod & Kustom. A large array of caps, shirts, cigars,
and other merchandise from the Destination Daytona merchants
was also awarded to many lucky cruisers.
As always, live music came from the main stage near the
food court and the Saints and Sinners Pub, while "The
Wanderer" spun everyone's favorite oldies near the
Destination Daytona Specialty shops.
The monthly 'split-the-pot' set a new record and the money
benefits the Flagler Humane Society.
Remember Cruisin' Destination Daytona happens the third
Saturday of every month (except this October when Biketoberfest
takes over Destination Daytona). The fun officially begins
at 5 PM and goes until it is over. Admission is always free
to spectators and participants and with good music, good
food, good drinks, and good friends, a good time is guaranteed.
Destination Daytona is located at I-95 and US 1 (Exit
273) in Ormond Beach, FL. For more information call: 386-671-7103
